Unlike other members of the Coleoptera family, this beetle was made to cuddle, with a big, soft, pebble-filled, velveteen body perfect for petting and squeezing. Scurry has six long orange legs and two yellow antennae, his thorax is pure white, and his head and carapace glow with a medley of yellow, green, and orange tones. Gold felt lines demarcate his orange-flecked green wings. Shiny black eyes stare out from his head and upper body, made of swirled, sherbet-colored velveteen.
